Legal Compliance
As a registered corporate entity in the United States, EIA complies fully with federal and state regulations. We do not participate in activities that violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), or any specific state privacy statutes.
Privacy Protection
Client confidentiality is ironclad. All communications, digital assets, and reports are encrypted end-to-end. We maintain strict compartmentalization of data, which is eradicated fully upon the conclusion of contractual obligations. No client data is ever sold or utilized externally.
Ethical Standards
Our operations rely entirely on open-source intelligence (OSINT), legal social engineering, and controlled behavioral assessments. We strictly prohibit physical trespassing, illegal hacking, unauthorized gps tracking, and any form of entrapment.
Client Agreements
Prior to operational deployment, clients are required to execute a comprehensive Master Service Agreement detailing the scope of work and warranting that they have a lawful purpose for the intelligence gathered. EIA reserves the right to reject or terminate any engagement violating these terms.
Internal Governance & Oversight
Eco Intel Agency maintains an internal compliance board responsible for auditing operational requests. If an inquiry borders on a legal "gray zone" or violates our ethical charter, it is immediately declined. This unyielding standard protects our firm, our operatives, and ultimately, our clients from liability.
